Important Steps to Take Before Entering a Web Portal.
Each trainer and customer must register their information with the local authority for the IOSMS V2 registration. Anyone who wishes to enroll in the online portal must present documentation and submit it to the relevant office. And they are:

Login for Teacher Transfer via OSMS Portal:
First Step: West Bengal government teachers who want to transfer must use the OSMS online site, located at https://osms.wbsed.gov.in/.
Second Step: Teachers should select the Utsashree option after reviewing the OSMS web portal.
The third step will lead you to a new site called Ustashree 1.0. A screen will then open for you to confirm and continue when you click on Apply for Transfer.
You must choose the OSMS Type, the Present School’s Subdivision, and input the Teacher Unique Code (OSMS 8 Digit Code), Pan Card Number, and captcha code on the Teacher Login page.
