Jagananna Ammavodi status update
YS Jaganmohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Telangana, has issued important directions regarding the ambitious ‘Jagannanna Amma Odi’ plan. This rule, according to Ammoodi, must be properly followed in order to come up with a plan. From this year, Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy has mandated that the Amma Odi scheme be linked to student attendance. He stated that the attendance of students should be 75 percent at all times, and that this rule should be implemented beginning this academic year.
On Monday, Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy met with officials from the education department to discuss problems like as school management in the state, student attendance, Amma Odi, and education. The CM questioned about the circumstances in the schools following Corona, as well as student attendance. By 2024, he claims, students would be preparing for the CBSE examinations. While the authorities have urged that schools be ranked based on their performance, they have also suggested that any modifications be reviewed with teachers.
In addition, Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy has asked that aided schools be explicitly stated that they will not be forced to merge. They want the public to understand that school assignments are optional. He added that if the schools were handed over to the government, they would be operated by the government.
Meanwhile, the Andhra Pradesh government’s Jagannath Ammoodi project is one of its most ambitious initiatives. Depositing monies in their moms’ accounts at a rate of 15% for pupils studying in the state from class 1 to class 12.
