Candidates should take the following steps to get admission to DVET institutes:
1. The candidate must register for an account on the online portal. The DVET registration process for candidates is simple and may be completed through the DVET site.
2. The applicant must finish the registration process and pay INR 150.00 (General Category) and INR 100.00 (Backward Class Category) for the registration fee.
3. A candidate must complete the profile in order to get information about openings at vocational institutes. Personal information, employment experience, banking information, merit scores, and preferences are all included.
4. Using the information supplied in the candidate’s application, the web portal system will compute the merit score.
5. The system will keep track of the candidates’ qualifications in the talent pool. Whenever there is a need for visiting professors, the heads of the individual institutions must request that the empty positions be filled.
6. The CHB offer will be sent out from a list of qualified individuals who fulfill the job description. If an applicant does not react to the CHB’s email or phone inquiry, the job offer will be given to another candidate from the meritorious list.

Simple Steps to Register DVET HRMS Employees:
Step 1: Employees must first go to www.hrms.dvet.gov.in to register for the DVET HRMS Portal.
Step 2: Employees can choose between Marathi and English in the upper right corner of the home page and then click the register button.

Step 3: The employee must go to the registration page and register.
Step 4: On the registration page, all fields are required, and you must fill them out completely and accurately.

Step 5: The employee must input his or her mobile phone number and click’send OTP,’ after which an OTP will be delivered to the employee’s registered phone number.
Step 6: The employee will be given an OTP, which he or she must input into the box provided. The employee can click the’register button’ after checking the entered information.
Step 7: The employee will receive a notification confirming that the registration was successful. The online site will send a message with login information to the email address and cellphone number provided.
Important note: Any employee whose profile was created on or before July 31, 2018 will be required to reset their passwords after logging in using the default password.

The procedure for logging into the DVET HRMS is as follows:
1st Step: Employees must go to the HRMS portal, www.hrms.dvet.gov.in, and click on the Login Option to access the DVET HRMS Login page.

Second Step: Employees can enter their username and password, which they received by email or SMS, and then click on the login link.

3rd Step: The online gateway will bring employees to the dashboard page, where they can proceed as needed.
4th Step: If an employee forgets their Username/Password, they can quickly reset it by clicking on the link directly below the ‘login button.’

If you’ve forgotten your password, you may quickly recover it by following the instructions below.
1. Go to the official website and click the Login link to return to the login page.
2. Now, below the login box, click the Forgot Password option.

3. On the following screen, enter the email address that you provided throughout the signup procedure. After you’ve entered your email address, click the Submit button. A verification code will be sent to your email address.

4. Create a new password using this verification code and the provided space.

1. Log in to the official DVET site using your login credentials.

3. Click the apply for leave link to start a new leave application.

How can I create a profile for a visiting faculty member on the DVET Portal?
All visiting professors have the ability to update their profiles online. First and foremost, they must create an account on the platform.
1. Go to https://hrms.dvet.gov.in/ to access the official website. Now go to the top of the page and click the Visiting Faculty link.
2. A new window will open with a new visiting faculty portal. Now, go to the register page and finish the online registration procedure by entering all of the essential information.
