How Do I Find MFMS Dealers and Stock?
You must fill in the following boxes to search for Dealer & Stock Availability in MFMS.
1. Choose your state from the drop-down menu.
2. Determine your district.
3. Choose a retailer or a wholesaler from the drop-down menu.
4. Choose Product Name, Dealer Name, Dealer License, or Dealer Phone Number as your search criteria.
5. To find MFMS Dealer, choose Search Criteria.
Note: Due to server maintenance, the MFMS System will be unavailable daily from 11:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

The procedure for logging into MSMS is as follows.
First, go to the MFMS website.
Step 2: Go to page https://dbtfert.nic.in/iFMS/ and create an account.

Step 3: Fill up your username and password.
You will be able to access your account.
MFMS Dealers: Do’s and Don’ts
MFMS Dealers (Do’s):
• Obtain your Dealer ID and Password.
• Using the change password option, update your password after the initial login and at frequent intervals.
• If you forget your password or PIN, you may reset it by contacting one of your suppliers. On their registered cellphone number, dealers will get a password/PIN.
• Please contact any of your supply companies to alter your cellphone number.
• Complete the sale transaction and acknowledgment in the time allotted.
• For frequent updates, go to mfms.nic.in.
• Review notifications on a regular basis and act on them.
• Keep track of your reports.
• Request that the end customer present their Adhaar card, voter card, or KCC card so that it may be recorded in the bill.
• Examine the Opening Stock and make any necessary adjustments if it differs from the real stock.
• Make a habit of acknowledging sales.
• If more than one mFMS Id is given, utilize only one and notify the firm right away; otherwise, your receipts/sales will be bifurcated.

(Don’ts) for MFMS Dealers:
• When inputting a password, do not use caps lock.
• Only have one window open at a time.
• When viewing, acknowledging, or reversing a transaction, don’t use a larger interval.
• Take note of the material’s unit price.
• If the quantity received is zero, don’t select partial acknowledgment.
• If your work is completed, close the window.
• If you have mfms-related concerns, do not call unless it is absolutely necessary.
