1. In the previous fortnight, from February 15 to February 15, 2022, 53251 papers have been finalized, with income from e-stamps totaling INR 2,80,30,920.00.

1. The stamp duty charge was formerly paid offline (by challan or cash) at the registrar’s office, but now the entire system of e-stamps has been changed into a digital procedure. As a result, the online application procedure has been digitized, as has a digitization project for document registration and e-stamping.
2. To speed up the procedure, fill out the Stamps and Management of Property and Documents Application online (SAMPADA).
3. In 2015, the ‘SAMPADA’ electronic registration system was established, and licenses were issued to residents.

6th Step: Citizens must next look under the ‘Likhat’ category for the ‘Vikray/Vikray Ke Samanudesh’ option.
7th Step: Continue and check for any rebates if a citizen files for a property value ID under the tab ‘pratiphal.’ On the map diagram, the citizen is recommended to find the location where the property for the transaction is available.
8th Step: A new webpage will be ready, and citizens will be required to fill in property data and other required information. Citizens will discover the property’s market value and registration ID on the following web page. Fill in the registration ID and click on the vikreta and vyaktigat to begin the process.
9th Step: On the following page, the seller’s information page should be found, and a photo ID proof should be attached.
10th Step: A buyer will see buyer’s data to be submitted on the next page, along with picture ID documentation to back it up. If the property is purchased by numerous consumers, the names of the other parties must be included.

You must complete the E Stamp Duty Online Registration before logging in if you have not yet finished the registration process. The steps for registering are as follows. Check to see whether you’re from Madhya Pradesh.
